Terms and conditions Amati Spa

Amati S.p.a., with registered office in Via Piacenza 3 - 10127 Turin Italy VAT No. 00462600016 (hereinafter, ‘Amati’ or ‘Promoter’), promotes the initiative (hereinafter also, ‘Programme’ or “Initiative”), under the terms and conditions governed by this document (hereinafter, ‘Terms and Conditions’).

1. DURATION

From 08/09/2025 to 31 December 2026, unless extended (hereinafter, the "Term Period").

2. DIFFUSION AREA

European Union (excluding Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greenland and the Faeroe Islands, the Azores, Madeira, San Marino and the Vatican), Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Cyprus.

Excluded: United Kingdom, Iceland, Turkey, Central Asia (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan)

3. RECIPIENTS

Access to the Programme is reserved to all natural persons who are ‘consumer’ customers as defined in article 3, paragraph 1, letter a), Legislative Decree 206/2005, resident and/or domiciled in the Territory as defined in article 2 Area of distribution, who are of age at the time of registration and who have an account on the official Amati shop.

It should be noted that, in the event of cancellation of the Amati account or unsubscription from the programme, the Recipient will be automatically excluded from participation in the Programme: he/she will automatically lose the right to accumulate Collection Points and will no longer be able to take advantage of any benefits accrued and not yet used.

All employees of Amati S.p.a. are excluded from the initiative.

4. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The initiative gives registered Recipients access to dedicated benefits, offers and promotions. Registered Recipients will be able to accumulate points (called "Collection Points") by making purchases of Amati products through the online site www.amatimodel.com/.

Please note that the advantages will only be available in the territory in which the subscribed Programme is distributed.

Purchases made through online sites or marketplaces other than the official shop (https://www.amatimodel.com) shall not be eligible. Purchases made at Amati branded physical stores are also excluded.

5. HOW TO JOIN

To enrol in the Programme, the Recipients must access the section dedicated to the Programme, which can be reached via the website https://www.amatimodel.com/en/content/loyalty-program

When enrolling in the Programme, the Recipient must read these "Terms and Conditions" and the privacy policy available in the registration form and in the Privacy section of the website https://www.amatimodel.com/en/content/privacy

Once the registration process is completed (registration is possible only once), the Recipient will be enrolled in the Programme and will be able to start benefiting from the advantages reserved and accumulate points (hereinafter, "Member").

5.1 Badges and benefits

The programme provides the possibility of accumulating points for every euro spent on this online shop:

    • BADGE TOP - purchasable with 11000 Collection Points

        ◦ 15% discount on every order for a minimum spend of €200, forever, by placing at least one order within 8 months, valid on all products (excluding plastic models and bundle) and free shipping for orders over €110 in Italy and €400 abroad (VAT included), net of coupons and discount codes.

        ◦ Discount cannot be combined with other current promotions.

    • BADGE PREMIUM - purchasable with 8000 Collection Points

        ◦ 10% discount on every order for a minimum spend of 150€, forever, by placing at least one order within 12 months, valid on all products (excluding plastic models and bundle); ; Free shipping for orders over €110 in Italy and €400 abroad (VAT included), net of coupons and discount codes.

        ◦ Discount cannot be combined with other current promotions.

    • Coupon 500 - purchasable with 500 Collection Points

     ◦ 5€ discount voucher to spend within 10 days, for a minimum order of 50€

        ◦ Valid on all products (except plastic models and bundle)

    • Coupon 1000 - purchasable with 1000 Collection Points

        ◦ 10€ discount voucher to spend within 10 days, for a minimum order of 100€.

   ◦ Valid on all products (except plastic models and bundle)

    • Coupon 1500 - acquistabile con 1500 Punti Collezione

        ◦ 15€ discount voucher to spend within 10 days, for a minimum order of 150€

   ◦ Valid on all products (except plastic models and bundle)

    • Coupon 2500 - purchasable with 2500 Collection Points

        ◦ 25€ discount voucher to spend within 10 days, for a minimum order of 250€

   ◦ Valid on all products (except plastic models and bundle)

Amati programme badges and coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other current coupons or promotions.

It is the responsibility of Members to consult the conditions and validity of the Benefits and to check the availability of related products and services.

Conditions and terms and conditions of use of the Benefits are always available on the website www.amatimodel.com

During the duration of the Initiative, the Promoter, without prejudice to the rights acquired by the participants, reserves the right to modify and/or replace criteria and requirements for the attribution of levels and related Benefits.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

Upon completion of programme registration, each new member will receive a welcome gift consisting of:

    • A coupon worth 10€ to spend within 10 days, with a minimum purchase of 200€. Cannot be combined with other current promotions. Valid on all  products (excluding plastic models and bundle).

    • 100 Collection Points loaded into the digital purse, equal to 10€ in value.

5.3 Birthday bonuses

Birthday Bonus: for every purchase made within 48 hours of one's birthday, the points for that purchase will be worth double the points.

6. HOW TO ACCUMULATE POINTS

6.1 Basic mode

During the programme period, Members will accumulate 10 Collection Points for every €10 actually spent through purchases of Amati products made on www.amatimodel.com.

In order for the purchase to be correctly associated with the Programme membership, the Member must be logged in to his account in the online shop. Collection Points will be credited when the order is actually shipped. 

In the event of subsequent cancellation of the order placed or in the event of a return, the points will be reversed: in particular, if an order placed on www.amatimodel.com is returned, the points balance will be updated within 7 working days of the cancellation/return.

Please note that Collection Points will be credited with reference to the amount actually paid by the Member, net of discounts and/or promotions applied and shipping costs, if any. By way of example, in the case of a product worth €10.00 with a 20% discount applied, the amount actually paid by the Member will be €8.00 and 80 Collection Points will therefore be credited.

By accessing their Personal Area, each Member will be able to check their points total.

Please note that plastic models and bundle are eligible for the accumulation of Collection Points, but are not subject to discounts.

6.2 Expiry of points

Points accumulated through the purchase of products are valid for 18 months from the date of acquisition. After this period, unused points will be automatically deleted and will no longer be available for redeeming discounts or rewards.

6.3 Removal of expired points

On the 20th day of each month, expired points with an acquisition date of more than 18 months will be reset. It will be possible to redeem expired points up to the day before for further benefits in the shop.

6.4 Validity of Badges

TOP and PREMIUM badges acquired during the initiative will remain valid and have no expiry date. Users will be able to continue to view and use their acquired badges without any time limit.

7. COMMUNICATION

Advertisements communicating the contents of the Programme shall be formulated in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

8. VARIOUS

Participation in the Programme is governed by the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to make changes, without prejudice to the rights acquired by Members. Any changes will take effect from the date specified in the relevant notices. An up-to-date version of the Terms and Conditions will be available at www.amatimodel.com.

It is specified that the Benefits shall only be available in the territory in which the subscribed Programme is distributed.

It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that the contact and participation details are correct and active; otherwise participation cannot be guaranteed.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for problems of access, impediment, malfunction or difficulty relating to technical tools, computer, telephone line, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection that may prevent the subscriber from accessing the site; it also assumes no responsibility for problems caused by the configuration of the user's computer and the way in which it is connected to the Internet network that may affect participation in the Programme.

Participation in the Programme implies the unconditional and full acceptance by the Member of the rules and clauses contained in these Terms and Conditions without limitation.

If Members are found to have used fraudulent means and instruments or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, they will be excluded from the Programme and forfeit any rights they may have. In this case, the Promoter reserves the right to proceed, as it deems appropriate and in accordance with applicable laws, to restrict and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system designed and the mechanics of the Programme.

9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The collection of members' personal data will be carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and in accordance with the privacy policy available in the Privacy section of the www.amatimodel.com website and in the registration form.
