German King Tiger - Henschel Turret

This 1:72 scale model depicts the formidable King Tiger with Henschel turret, the final production version of Germany’s Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. B, deployed by the Wehrmacht during the final years of World War II.

The Tiger II, or Königstiger, featured 150 mm sloped armor and the deadly 88 mm KwK 43 L/71 gun, capable of destroying any Allied tank at long range. The Henschel turret, simpler and stronger than the earlier Porsche design, became the standard in late-war production.

The Academy kit includes finely engraved details, a rotating turret, accurate gun barrel, realistic tracks, opening hatches, and separately molded accessories.
