This 1:35 scale model represents the Panzerkampfwagen III “Battle of Kursk”, a special version of Germany’s iconic medium tank, used by the Wehrmacht during the epic Battle of Kursk in 1943, the largest tank engagement in history.
The Pz. III, in this configuration, served as a support and command vehicle, armed with the 50 mm KwK 39 L/60 gun, effective against T-34 tanks at medium range. Its reinforced armor, modified turret, and excellent mobility made it one of the most reliable vehicles on the Eastern Front.
The Academy kit includes finely engraved details, a rotating turret, realistic link-and-length tracks, opening hatches, and separately molded accessories such as tools, tow cables, and fuel cans.
High-quality decals reproduce vehicles used during Operation Citadel (1943) with authentic tri-tone camouflage schemes.
A historically accurate and visually detailed model for enthusiasts of German WWII armor.
