German Sd.Kfz 173 Jagdpanther

This 1:35 scale model represents the iconic Sd.Kfz.173 Jagdpanther, one of Germany’s most powerful tank destroyers of World War II, built on the Panther Ausf. G chassis.

Entering service in 1944, the Jagdpanther combined the Panther’s mobility and armor with the formidable 88 mm Pak 43 L/71 gun, capable of destroying any Allied tank at over 2,000 meters. Its sloped 80 mm frontal armor provided superior protection with excellent balance.

The Academy kit features finely engraved surface details, an accurate gun barrel, realistic link-and-length tracks, opening hatches, and separately molded accessories such as tools, tow cables, and spare wheels.

High-quality decals allow for vehicles from s.Pz.Jg.Abt. 654 and 559 (1944–1945) with tri-tone or winter camouflage.
