Usaaf B-24H Liberator "Zodiac"

This 1:72 scale model depicts the iconic Consolidated B-24H Liberator “Zodiac”, one of the most visually striking heavy bombers of the USAAF in World War II, famous for its distinctive nose art inspired by the zodiac signs.

The B-24H featured the Emerson A-15 nose turret, four Pratt & Whitney R-1830 Twin Wasp engines, and enhanced defensive armament with ten .50-cal machine guns.

The Academy kit includes finely engraved panel lines, a detailed cockpit and bomb bay, movable gun turrets, and sturdy landing gear.

High-quality decals reproduce the metallic finish and hand-painted nose art of the “Zodiac” from the 834th Bomb Squadron, 486th Bomb Group, based in England in 1944.
